Coaching is personal development
Life coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking process that supports reflection, goals, choices and personal responsibility. Outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
Coaching is not treatment
Coaching is not medical care, counselling, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, diagnosis or crisis support. It does not replace qualified healthcare or mental-health services.
When to seek specialist help
If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, risk of harm, severe distress or symptoms requiring assessment, contact local emergency services or a qualified medical or mental-health professional immediately.
Young clients
Coaching with teenagers requires clear expectations about consent, privacy, safeguarding and parent or guardian involvement. These are discussed before sessions begin.
Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for their decisions, actions and wellbeing. Priyanka may recommend seeking another qualified professional where a need falls outside the scope of coaching.
